It was a great night to see the New Orleans Saints defeat the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XLIV(44)
The Saints beat the Colts with a score of 31-17,which gave New Orleans their first Super Bowl win,and the entire state of Louisiana something to cheer about hooray for the Saints! My Uncle held a super bowl party at his house where we watched the game on his big screen TV. We ate BBQ chicken & Lenguisa(a portugese hot sausage).I provided some of the soda,chips and dip.we also held a football pool.for those unaware about this type of gambling its basically a grid with numbers from 0 to 9 on the outside of the vertical column and horizontal row,the vertical being the scores for the Saints, and the horizontal for the Colts. for $2 each we got to pick boxes on either the Saints or Colts,or both. I spent $20 so I got to pick 10 boxes. after all the boxes were picked playing cards were drew to see what number would go for each rank and file.after the grid was set we started to watch the game. after the first quarter was over the score was Saints 0 Colts 3. so we checked the paper to see what box was on the intersection of the number 0 for the saints and 3 for the colts.

turned out one of my aunts won $25 for the 1st quarter.at half time someone else won the $50 prize,then at the end of the 3rd quarter another person won another $25 prize.Finally the father of the aunt who won the $25 won the $100. so basically I spent $20 and won zilch. Its all right though last year I won $25 and only spent ten.

well I had a fun time,and the good news is I don't have to draw a pic of the Saints Bear getting his face ground into the dirt after the colt he rode on bucks him off!LOL
