Racer heard explosions behind him,and turned to look in shock as he saw his teams reserve airtanks in flames and burning like a roman candle. Aqua gave a smirky smile at the sight,while Shimmeringstar slapped his knee and gave out a loud belly laugh. Racer looked a bit down hearted at the sight "great now we can't continue the match and we'd have to forfit to those dang Bears"
"Um maybe not Racer" said his Mechanic and teamate George Rachet " I've invented an new device that would enable a swimmer to remain underwater for a longer period of time,and its smaller and less bulky than an air tank,I'm calling it a regulator. George handed Racer the device which looked like a bar of black plastic with a mouthpiece in the center of it. Racer put it in his mouth and as he breathed in he could feel oxygen enter his lungs. "great with this we can stay underwater and beat those bears who have to use those heavy scuba tanks"
"ahem" spoke up Sammy the Ref "being that The All Star Bears air tanks were also damaged when they were thrown out of the pool, and that this is a new breathing device I rule that they must be allowed to use thiese new regulators"
"what!? Ref thats not fair! its our device only we should be able to use it besides Aqua be destroyed our airtanks with his fireballs!"
"true"agreed Sammy"but you destroyed thier air tanks before that,so I rule that it is even,and they will be allowed to use your regulators or you lose the match"
Racer grumbled a bit then nodded "fine use our regulators,but we will still win,just you watch!" Racer and George headed towards thier teamates as they put the regulators in thier mouth,George was kind enough as to explain to the Bears as to how the regulators worked and the Bears tried them out for a few minutes before the 1st period was about to continue.
